So you have the chance to get in on an MLM pre-launch! Everyone’s talking about it and everywhere you look you see people making statements like this. “This is the hottest pre-launch MLM opportunity on the planet. Join now!” “Get in on the ground Floor!” And on and on.
Before you jump at the chance to join an MLM in pre-launch you should ask yourself a few questions. First you need to ask yourself if you are a risk taker, or do you prefer staying in your comfort zone? Because the fact of the matter is that most MLM corporations will fail in the first 2 years. So the question worth asking is are you wanting to chance joining an unproven MLM company during its pre-launch, or would you prefer the security of joining an established and proven operation?
Is an MLM Pre-Launch Right For YOU?
Next you have to ask yourself if joining ANOTHER company is really the best thing. Do you find yourself constantly jumping from one opportunity to another? Are you shooting yourself in the foot by starting over and over again? If you’re already in a network marketing company the question you should be asking is “Will this opportunity REALLY help me or will it just distract me?”
Listen pre-launch or not you have to get in front of people who want what you’re offering period. So at this point the main questions I have for you is “Are you continually building a list of prospects? Do you have an existing list of prospects? The great majority of MLM companies begin with a “pre launch” phase. Why do they do it?
Basically to generate a buzz, and a lot of these corporations permit new distributors to join without a buy-in.
Some distributors will bring their own groups along as well , so this is a method of getting free advertising and to whip up lots of excitement.
Obviously the more teams of distributors an MLM company has the more sales it makes, that’s clear.
Once their break even amount has been reached then the company is in profit, so the faster they get the product out into the marketplace, the quicker they can reach that breakeven point.
It can take some MLM Companies months or even years to get through this period of not making any cash, so signing up teams of distributors and experienced people will help them to get into profit much quicker. Experienced distributors are also conscious that getting in on the ground floor without them having to pay a buy-in fee can be very beneficial.
The pre launch mlm company can keep its operating costs as low as possible, because there isn’t any product or distribution involved till the sales teams are set up and trained.
Sounds great doesn’t it? But there could be storm clouds on the horizon.
The plain fact is, that 9 out of ten MLM firms fail during their first 2 years of business, so before you jump in, be aware that companies in pre-launch are highly unstable.
